He holds a B.Eng. & MBA from College of Engg. & BMU and has nearly 20 years of global business experience in retail chain management, consumer electronics & information technology. Prior to Findability Sciences, Anand held senior positions with companies such as Reliance, Datamatics Global Services, Kale Consultants & Videocon. He is a thought leader in process and technology service delivery and served as an expert witness on the topic of operational excellence and international best practices. Alamelu holds a M.S. (Information System) from University of Liverpool, UK and is PMP Certified from PMI. She has received training in MS CRM from Comat, Singapore, JDE – Financial Reporting, Items & Manufacturing Costing from Oracle University, MS SQL DBA from Gates Training Centre. She also has Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Design and Applications from Research & Analysis Group, Mumbai. Alamelu heads the global delivery and customer operations at Findability Sciences.  Sumit Agrawal, AVPA software engineer by qualification and at heart, Sumit is our Associate Vice President He leads the pre-sales technology support, architecting and delivering Findability Solutions. Sumit is a detail-oriented person and has an ability to grasp even the trickiest of problems in a short time. In the past 10 years of his career, Sumit has worked with world renowned technology leaders inlcuding Novell & Cisco. |  Robert Matthews, VP & Head of Sales Rob leads global sales at Findability Sciences, he is an alumnus of Roger William's University and graduated with a BS in Political Sciences. He also graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Nichols College and completed executive management programs in marketing from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Rob has been a business development and sales executive with consulting service and product leaders including Bose Corporation, MyWay.com/CMGi, Datamatics Global Services and Biscom Inc. Rob has over 25 years of experience in high tech, internet and IT sales. He is an active supporter of non profit organization in the United States Guatemala,India and Africa.
